By placing an order with us, you (the "Customer") agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions:
## 1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL (NO REFUNDS)
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Because our spam musubi is a perishable food product, we do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, the sale is final.
## 2. NO CANCELLATIONS OR ALTERATIONS
Due to the fast-paced nature of food preparation, we cannot accommodate order cancellations, time changes, or flavor modifications once your order has been submitted. Please double-check your cart before checking out.
## 3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE)
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTS ONCE THE PRODUCT LEAVES OUR POSSESSION. By purchasing, you agree that we are not liable for:
* Perishable Freshness & Storage: We provide fresh food. We are not responsible if the food spoils, goes bad, or becomes unsafe due to improper storage, leaving it out at room temperature, or failing to consume it in a timely manner.
* Allergies & Dietary Restrictions: Our food is prepared in a facility that handles common allergens (including but not limited to soy, wheat, pork, and sesame). It is your responsibility to review ingredients. We are not responsible for any allergic or adverse medical reactions.
* Delivery/Pickup Issues: If you use a third-party delivery service, or if you fail to pick up your order at your designated time, we are not responsible for cold food, missed deliveries, or stolen items.
## 4. PRODUCT APPEARANCE AND VARIATION
Every spam musubi is handcrafted and made with our homemade Japanese glaze. As a result, minor variations in appearance, size, and glaze distribution are normal and do not qualify for a replacement or discount.

Having said that, Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by you, as the owner of this website. The T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of the website visitors, or your customers, while they visit or engage with this website. The T&C are meant to establish the legal relationship between the site visitors and you as the website owner.
